Biography
Mr. Herbst graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 1968 and is licensed to practice in both Michigan and Florida. He specializes in taxation, business contracts, and estate planning.
Mr. Herbst has done extensive work on complex leasing and equipment purchase contracts for the automotive industry. Currently, he focuses his practice on key tax areas, including state and federal taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals, estates, and trusts.
