Biography
Mr. Boynton is engaged in a general business practice which includes drafting contracts, advising ongoing businesses, negotiating and preparing documents for purchases and sales of businesses, drafting software licenses, negotiating and reviewing financing documents, negotiation and preparation of leases, negotiation and preparation of documents for the sale and purchase of real estate, and reviewing and advising clients on myriad different contracts and proposals.
