These areas include zoning, site plan approval, planned unit development, site condominium planning, and subdivision plats. Our attorneys have the skills required to deal with intricate legal issues and the experience needed to deal with regulators, planners, and administrators at the local, state, and federal levels.
Financing. Our legal team guides our clients through the borrowing process. This includes contracts, mortgages, loan document negotiations, and closing. We have in depth experience working with commercial banks, life companies, and other recourse and non-recourse lenders.
